Shipping

Domestic shipping within Canada only.

Flat rate fee of $50 for all paintings under $300 ($299 or lower)

Free domestic shipping within Canada for all orders over $300

Shipping is currently set up for Canada only at this time.

If you are outside Canada and interested in a placing an order, please contact me directly and I will work with you to arrange shipping. 

Each piece will be carefully wrapped and packaged, therefore please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping

Local Ottawa, Ontario Customers

If located in the Ottawa area, local delivery or in-person pickup may be available. Please contact me directly before ordering to make arrangements.

 

Refund / Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns on original paintings, all sales are FINAL

We do our utmost best to ensure all paintings are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.

If you receive your purchase and it is damaged, please take a photo and send it to us within 48 hours of receipt to:  cassyladner_art@outlook.com
